HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 140-1998RESOLUTION NO. ] 4 0 - 9 8 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 1998-1999 OPERATING BUDGET (99-7) TO ADD $332,500 FOR USE ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACQUISITION OF 109 LONGFORD DRIVE WITH FUNDING FROM THE NON-DESIGNATED FUND WHEREAS, the City Council recently authorized a Resolution of Necessity related to the acquisition of the residential property located at 109 Longford Drive; and WHEREAS, certain improvements may be necessary to the property once the acquisition is complete. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby approves an amendment to the 1998 Operating Budget to add $332,500 to the operating budget as shown below with funding from the Non-Designated Fund Reserve: ACTION COST BUDGET PROGRAM NO.
