CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN
AN AGREEMENT WITH CAROLLO ENGINEERS, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $1,970,000, TO CONTINUE DESIGN SERVICES
DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE OF THE WATER
QUALITY CONTROL PLANT PROJECT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the City Manager is authorized to prepare and execute an agreement on behalf of the City with
Carollo Engineers in an amount not to exceed $1,970,000, to continue design services during the
construction phase of the Water Quality Control Plant project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
