CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
1998-99 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP 99-1) TO
APPROPRIATE AN ADDITIONAL $80,000 FOR THE SEISMIC
UPGRADE OF CITY HALL
WHEREAS, staff is requesting that the City Council amend the Capital Improvement Program
budget (CIP 99-1) to increase the allocation by $80,000 from $2,180,000 to $2,260,000 to complete the
Seismic Upgrade of City Hall; and
WHEREAS, funding is available in the General Fund in the amount of $80,000 to complete this
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the City Council hereby authorizes an amendment to the 1998-99 Capital Improvement Program
(CIP 99-1) to appropriate an additional $80,000 for the Seismic Upgrade of City Hall, with funding from
the Non-Designated General Fund Reserve.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regul ar meeting held on the 24th day of__
