Meeting Resumed: 9:18 p.m.
1. Agenda Review.

2. Public Comments -comments are limited to items on the Special Meeting Agenda.
None.
3. Resolution of the City Council and Redevelopment Agency approving an appropriation
by the Redevelopment Agency and authorizing the City Manager to execute legal
documents for the termination of the City's obligation related to the California Health
Facilities Financing Authority Revenue Bonds of 1986.
Motion- Boardmember/Councilwoman Matsumoto/Second-Boardmember/Councilman
Garbarino: to approve City Council Resolution No. 47-2010 and Redevelopment Agency
Resolution No. 7-2010. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
4. Adjourned.
Being no further business, Chairman/Mayor Addiego adjourned the meeting at 9:21 p.m.
