CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $39,000 TO EQE INTERNATIONAL TO COMPLETE THE PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, AND COST ESTIMATES FOR THE SEISMIC UPGRADE OF
APPARATUS DOORS FOR FIRE STATION #2, #4 AND #5
WHEREAS, the City desires to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, EQE International
in an amount not to exceed $39,000; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funding for this project is available from the 1998-99 Capital Improvement
Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the City Council hereby awards a contract in an amount not to exceed $39,000 to EQE International to
complete the plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the seismic upgrade of Apparatus Doors for Fire
Station #2, #4, and #5. The City Manager is authorized to sign the agreement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Ro. cjn l a ,' meeting held on the ] q t'hday of
January ,1999 by the following vote:
