CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
ALL PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENTS FOR FEDERAL-AID
PROJECT NO. 04-5177 FOR THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION STATE SEISMIC PROGRAM
WHEREAS, this Supplement Agreement will provide funds to retrofit pedestrian bridges at Hillside
Boulevard at Lincoln Street, Hickey Boulevard at Hilton Avenue, and Junipero Serra Boulevard at Clay Avenue
( Project STPLZ-5177(008) South San Francisco UP 35C-0017); and
WHEREAS, this agreement will provide state and federal funding for the preliminary engineering for the
seismic projects; and
WHEREAS, the City will receive reimbursement of up to $35,000 for consultant and City administration
costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute all Program Supplement Agreements for the Federal-Aid
Project No. 04-5177 for the California Department of Transportation State Seismic Program.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regul ar meeting held on the ~ day of January
