CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO DILLINGHAM AND
ASSOCIATES FOR A FEE NOT TO EXCEED $41,826 TO PREPARE PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF AVALON PARK
WHEREAS, the City desires to award the construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
Dillingham and Associates in an amount not to exceed $41,826; and
WHEREAS, the City's Capital Improvement Program has appropriated $325,000 in this fiscal
year with another $325,000 in the next fiscal year for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the City Council hereby authorizes an award of contract in an amount not to exceed $41,826 to
prepare plans, specifications, and engineering services for construction of Avalon Park.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
