CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO SUBMIT
AN APPLICATION TO THE SAN MATEO HOME CONSORTIUM
FOR FUNDS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE HOME INVESTMENT
PARTNERSHIP ACT.
WHEREAS, staff desires to submit an application for funding to the San Mateo County
HOME Consortium in the amount of $300,000 to be targeted for the Willow Gardens
Acquisition and Rehabilitation Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes staff to submit an application to the San Mateo
County HOME Consortium for $300,000 in funds available through the HOME Investment
Partnership Act.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on
the 24th day of February , 1999 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Mullin
John R. Penna and Karyl Matsumoto, and Mayor James L. Datzman
