CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PARCPLACE FINAL MAP,
ACCEPTING OFFERS OF DEDICATION, APPROVING A
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, AUTHORIZING THE
RECORDATION OF THE MAP, APPROVING DECLARATION OF
COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
WHEREAS, the PARCPLACE Subdivision creates 153 single-family home lots and an
additional "Parcel A" located along the Subdivision's Orange Avenue frontage (across from
Orange Park), which will be landscaped and dedicated to the Subdivision's Homeowners
Association.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby (1) approves PARCPLACE Subdivision Map, accepting
offers of dedication, (2) approves the Subdivision Improvement Agreement, (3) authorizes the
recordation of the map, and (4) approves Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
and related documents.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on
the 24th day of February , 1999 by the following vote:
Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Mullin and Karyl
Matsumoto, and Mayor James L. Datzman
