CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TERMINATION OF A CONTRACT
WITH RGW CONSTRUCTION, INC
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has notified that its RGW Construction's contract was
terminated per the Agreement for Public Improvement - Section 8-1, Termination of Contract, of
the Standard Specifications; and
WHEREAS, RGW Construction Inc. has been paid for work billed to date and a final
invoice will be prepared.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes the termination of the contract with RGW
Construction, Inc.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on
the 24th day of February , 1999 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilman Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Mullin, John R.
Penna and Karyl Matsumoto, and Mayor James L. Datzman.
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
ABSENT: None.
