CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A REPORT OF STORMWATER
MANAGEMENT SERVICES FEES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010-
2011.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco has given notice and on
June 23, 2010, held a public hearing as required by law on the subject stormwater management
service fees; and
WHEREAS, the fee rates imposed and reflected in the Report of Stormwater
Management Services Fees for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 are the same as the unit rates imposed in
2009-2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council, by a minimum two-
thirds vote, hereby adopts the Report of Stormwater Management Services Fees for Fiscal Year
2010-2011, and directs that the rates so established shall be collected on the official tax
assessment roll, together with real property taxes, and that the amount shall constitute liens upon
the properties which shall be effective at the same time and to the same extent as is provided for
by the law in the case of real property taxes, with like penalties for delinquencies.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and ado~ted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 23r day of
June, 2010 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Pedro Gonzalez, Richard A. Garbarino, and Karyl Matsumoto,
Vice Mavor Kevin Mullin and Mavor Mark Addie~o
