CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE FOR THE TERRABAY
GYMNASIUM AND RECREATION CENTER DEED
WHEREAS, by acceptance of the Center, the City agrees that it has accepted full
responsibility for the Center and the Developer has no further or additional obligations with
respect to the Center; and
WHEREAS, in addition, the City acknowledges that the Developer has fulfilled all of the
obligations set forth in Section 2 of the Amendment of the Development Agreement dated
December 2, 1996, between the City of South San Francisco and SunChase G.A. California I,
Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council authorizes the execution of a Certificate of Acceptance for the
Terrabay Gymnasium and Recreation Center Deed.
BE, IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Acceptance.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 10th
day of March , 1999 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Hullin, John
R. Penna, and Karyl Matsu~oto~ and Mayor James. L. Datzman.
NOES: None
None
