CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN OPEN VIDEO SYSTEM
AGREEMENT AND AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND RCM
TELECOM SERVICES OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City desire to enter into an Open Video System Agreement and an
Encroachment Agreement with RCN Telecom Services of California for an Open Video System
to be installed in the City of South San Francisco.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council authorizes an Open Video System Agreement and an
Encroachment Agreement between the City of South San Francisco and RCN Telecom Services
of California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to execute the
agreements on behalf of the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 10th
day of March , 1999 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Mullin, John
R. Penna, and Karyl Matsumoto, and Mayor James. L. Datzman.
