CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALWORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR GRANT FUNDS
FROM THE INTEGRATED WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD
WHEREAS, the City desires to apply for grant funds from the Integrated Waste Management
Board for the Hilton Hotel site Remediation cost.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the City Council approves the application for grant funds from the Integrated Waste Management
Board.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 24th day of March
,1999 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Mullin, John
R. Penna, Mayor Pro Tem Karyl Matsumoto, and Mayor James L. Datzman.
