CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A JOINDER RELATED TO THE
GROUND LEASE BETWEEN THE SAN MATEO COUNTY HARBOR
DISTRICT AND OYSTER POINT INN, II, LLC
WHEREAS, the City desires to approve a Joinder related to the Ground Lease between
the San Mateo County Harbor District and Oyster Inn 1I, LLC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco as follows:
The City Council hereby approves a Joinder related to the Ground Lease between
the San Mateo County Harbor District and Oyster Point Inn, II LLC.

The City Council further authorizes the Mayor to execute the Joinder on behalf of
the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 26th
day of March , 1999 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Mullin, John
R. Penna, Mayor Pro Tem Karyl Matsumoto, and Hayor James L. Datzman.
