RESOLUTION NO. 41-99
BOARD OF DIRECTORS, RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A JOINDER RELATED TO THE
GROUND LEASE BETWEEN THE SAN MATEO COUNTY HARBOR
DISTRICT AND OYSTER POINT INN, II, LLC
WHEREAS, the Recreation and Park District desires to approve a Joinder related to the
Ground Lease between the San Mateo County Harbor District and Oyster Inn II, LLC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Recreation
and Park District as follows:
The Board of Directors hereby approves a Joinder related to the Ground Lease
between the San Mateo County Harbor District and Oyster Point Inn, II LLC.
The Board of Directors further authorizes the Executive Director to execute the
Joinder on behalf of the Recreation and Park District.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Board of Directors of the Recreation and Park District at a Regular meeting held on the
26thday of l~larch ,1999 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. }tullin, and John R.
Penna, Vice Chair Karyl }~atsumoto, and Chairman James L. Datzman.
None.
NOES:
None.
ABSTAIN:
None.
ABSENT:
