HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 43-1999RESOLUTION NO. 43-99 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE INITIATION OF ACTION TO CONSIDER MODIFYING THE WILLOW GARDENS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT USE PERMIT ON THE GROUNDS THAT ONE OR MORE CONDITIONS UPON WHICH THE PERMIT WAS GRANTED HAVE BEEN VIOLATED AND THAT THE DEVELOPMENT HAS BEEN SO CONDUCTED OR MAINTAINED AS TO BE DETRIMENTAL TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH OR SAFETY OR AS TO BE A NUISANCE NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby orders the initiation of action to consider modifying the Willow Gardens Planned Unit Development Use Permit on the grounds that one or more conditions upon which the permit was granted have been violated and that the Development has been so conducted or maintained as to be detrimental to the public health or safety or as to be a nuisance. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Re§ul ar meeting held on the 14 of April ,1999 by the following vote: day AYES: John R.
