CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION
FOR A BAY PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE BAY CONSERVATION
AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (BCDC)
WHEREAS, the City desires to request that BCDC amend the Bay Plan to designate the
area in the Oyster Point Marina consistent with the Oyster Point Marina's Specific Plan
previously approved by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco does hereby
resolve this as follows:
1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to prepare and submit an application to
BCDC requesting that the Bay Plan be amended to designate the Oyster Point Marina area
consistent with the Oyster Point Marina Specific Plan previously approved by the City Council.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the
14th day of April , 1999 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Mullin, John
R. Penna, Mayor Pro Tem Karyl Matsuomoto, and Mayor James L. Datzman
