CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF A STATEMENT
OF OBJECTIVES AND PROPOSED USE OF CDBG FUNDS AND
THE CITY'S 1999-2000 ONE YEAR PLAN FOR HOUSING AND
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF
HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE RELATED DOCUMENTS
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes submission of Statement of Objectives and Proposed Use
of CDBG funds for Fiscal Year 1999-00 and the City's One Year Housing and Community Development
Plan to the Department of Housing and Urban Development and further authorizes the City Manager to
execute all documents necessary to secure and award the CDBG funds for the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 16th
of April ,1999 by the following vote:
