CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH
TURBO DATA SYSTEM, INC. FOR PROCESSING OF PARKING
CITATIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION OF
APPEALS
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into an agreement with Turbo Data Systems, Inc.
for processing of citations and administrative adjudication of appeals; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes an agreement with Turbo Data System, Inc. for
processing of parking citations and administrative adjudication of appeals.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the
three-year agreement with Turbo Data System, Inc.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 28th
_ day of Al>ril , 1999 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Hullin, John
R. Penna, Mayor Pro Tem Karyl Matsumoto, and Mayor James L. Datzman.
