CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH
HARLAN TAIT ASSOCIATES FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE
REPAIR OF THE STORM DAMAGED SLOPES ALONG
JUNIPERO SERRA BOULEVARD AND AMENDING THE 1998-99
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM ( CIP 99-6) BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into an agreement with Harlan Tait Associates for
preparation of plans, specifications, and engineering services for the repair of the storm damaged
slopes along Junipero Serra Boulevard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes an agreement with Harlan Tait Associates for
preparation of plans, specifications, and engineering services for the repair of the storm damaged
slopes along Junipero Serra Boulevard and amends the 1998-99 Capital Improvement Program
(CIP 99-6) budget by adding 112,000 to this project with funding from Gax Tax and Measure A
Funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the
agreement on behalf of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 28th
_ day of April , 1999 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Mullin, John
R. Penna, Hayor Pro Tem Karyl Hatsumoto, and Mayor James L. Datzman.
