CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH CCS
PLANNING & ENGINEERING FOR TRAFFIC MODELING OF EAST
OF 101 AREA IN THE AMOUNT OF $86,900 AND TO
APPROPRIATE $43,450 FROM THE UNDESIGNATED FUND
RESERVE AND AMENDING THE 1998-99 OPERATING BUDGET
(NO. 99-19)
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into an agreement with CCS Planning & Engineering for
traffic modeling of East of 101; and
WHEREAS, the funding for this contract will be shared equally between the Redevelopment
Agency and the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the City Council hereby authorizes an agreement with CCS Planning & Engineering for traffic
modeling of East of 101 area in the amount of $86,900 and to appropriate $43,450 from the Undesignated
Fund Reserve and amends the 1998-99 Operating Budget (No. 99-19).
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 28th day of__
