CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF
ANNUAL REPORT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO WILLOW GARDENS PARKS AND
PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
1. This City Council has heretofore ordered the formation of, and levied assessments
within, the City of South San Francisco Willow Gardens Parks and Parkways Maintenance
District, (the "District") pursuant to the provisions of the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972
(commencing at §22500 of the California Streets and Highways Code) (hereinafter "the Act").
2. Sections 22620, et seq. of the Act provide for the levy of annual assessments after
formation of the District.
3. Within the district, the existing and proposed improvements and any substantial
changes proposed to be made to the existing improvements are generally as described on Exhibit
"A" attached and by reference made part of this Resolution.
4. John Gibbs, Public Works Director, for the City of South San Francisco, is hereby
designated as Engineer of Work for purposes of the District, is hereby ordered to prepare and file
an annual report in accordance with Section 22565, et seq. of the Act.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the
12th day of May, 1999, by the following vote:
