CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR
THE FORMER ORANGE PARK CORPORATION YARD DEMOLITION
AND NEW PARKING LOT PROJECT TO W.R. FORDE ASSOCIATES IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $243,000.00
WHEREAS, the City desires to award the construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
W.R. Forde Associates in an amount not to exceed $243,000.00; and
WHEREAS, this project is included in the Capital Improvement Program with funding from the
Orange Park Trust Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the City Council hereby authorizes an award of contract to W.R. Forde Associates in an amount not to
exceed $243,000.00 for the former Orange Park Corporation Yard Demolition and New Parking Lot
Project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 12th day of__
