CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
FOR THE ESCANYO DRIVE SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT
PROJECT TO GOLDEN PACIFIC CONSTRICTION IN THE
AMOUNT OF $30,705
WHEREAS, the City desires to award the construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
Golden Pacific Construction, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $30,705; and
WHEREAS, this project is funded by the Sewer Enterprise Fund with a budget of $60,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the City Council awards the construction contract to Escanyo Drive Sanitary Sewer Replacement
Project to Golden Pacific Contraction, Inc. in the amount of $30,705 with funding from the Sewer
Enterprise Fund.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 12thday of__
