CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
SIERRA POINT LLC FOR PUBLIC SAFETY ACCESS TO SIERRA POINT
WHEREAS, the agreement will allow for construction and maintenance of an emergency access
roadway and for a license to provide egress and ingress over this roadway; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the City Council hereby authorizes a license agreement with Sierra Point LLC for Public Safety access
to Sierra Point.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the
agreement on behalf of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 26th day of__
May , 1999 by the following vote:
