CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LETTER AGREEMENT WITH TCI
RELATED TO A GRANT TO THE CITY AND MODIFIED
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into an agreement with TCI related to a grant to the
City and modified performance standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby approves a Letter Agreement with TCI related to a grant
to the City and modified performance standards.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the
Agreement on behalf of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a ReRular meeting held on the 9th
_ day of June , 1999 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Hullin, John
