CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT WITH H.M. CONSTRUCTION FOR SEISMIC
UPGRADE OF APPARATUS DOORS FOR FIRE STATIONS
NOS. 2, 4, AND 5.
WHEREAS, City of South San Francisco desires to enter into a contract with H.M.
Construction for the seismic upgrade of apparatus doors for fire stations numbers 2, 4, and 5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1)
The City Council approves the agreement between the City and H.M.
Construction in an amount not to exceed $74,950. The City Council authorizes
the City Manager to execute this agreement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regul ar meeting held on the 14
_ day of July ,1999 by the following vote:
AYES: Counci 1 members
Penna, Mayor Pro tem Karyl
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
ABSENT: None.
