CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CERTIFICATE OF
ACCEPTANCE FOR QUITCLAIM DEED FROM BHP
MINERALS INTERNATIONAL, INC. FOR ROADWAY
EASEMENT LOCATED WITHIN OYSTER POINT MARINA
PARCEL A
WHEREAS, City of South San Francisco desires to accept a Quitclaim Deed from BHP
Minerals international, Inc. for a 50 foot wide roadway easement located within Parcel A of the
Oyster POint Marina.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Franciscoi that:

The City Council approves the acceptance of the Quitclaim Deed which BHP
Minerals International shall convey to the City of South San Francisco. The City
Council authorizes the City Manager to accept the aforementioned Quitclaim
Deed and to execute a Certificate of Acceptance, therefor.
The City Council directs the City Clerk to record the Quitclaim Deed.

City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regul ar meeting held on the 14
