CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT IN AN AMOUNT NOT
TO EXCEED $19,770 TO E. ROZAKIS RESTORATION FOR THE
MUNICIPAL SERVICE BUILDING AND CENTRAL FIRE STATION
INTERIOR PAINT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City desires to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, E.
Rozakis Restoration in an amount not to exceed $19,770; and
WHEREAS, this project is funded by the Capital Improvement Funds under Fire Stations
Upgrade and City Facility/Building Maintenance with sufficient funding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby awards a contract in an amount not to exceed $19,770 to
E. Rozakis Restoration for the Municipal Services Building and Central Fire Station Interior
Paint Project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regul ar meeting held on the 11
_ day of August ,1999 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers doseph a. Fernekes, Euqene R. Mullin and
Penna, Mayor Pro Tem Karyl Matsumoto and Mayor Jamoq I.
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: NonP.
ABSENT: None.
