CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE AND SALES
AGREEMENT WITH JMB INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES FUND AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF $67,826.00 FOR THE ACQUiSITION
OF 333 OYSTER POINT BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, funds for this project have been adopted in the 1998-1999 Capital
Improvement Program budget with the funding source being the Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby approves the Purchase and Sale Agreement with JMB
Industrial Properties Fund and authorizes a payment of $67,826.00 for the acquisition of 333
Oyster Point Boulevard in connection with Oyster Point Boulevard Widening Project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regul ar meeting held on the 11 day
of August , 1999 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Mullin,
Penna, Mayor Pro Tem Karyl ~latsumoto and Mayor James
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
