CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARD1NG A CONTRACT IN AN AMOUNT NOT
TO EXCEED $296,700 TO BAUMAN LANDSCAPE, INC. FOR THE
WEST ORANGE LIBRARY PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT AND AMENDING THE 1998-1999 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP 99-12) BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City desires to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
Bauman Landscape, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $296,700; and
WHEREAS, the proposed 1999-2000 Capital Improvement Program has a budget of
$290,400 for this project; and
WHEREAS, an additional $71,700 will be required; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby awards a contract in an amount not to exceed $296,700 to
Bauman Landscape, Inc. for the West Orange Library Parking Lot Improvements project and
amends the 1998-1999 Capital Improvement Program CIP 99-12) budget to add $71,700 to the
West Orange Library Parking Lot Project with funding from the undesignated General Fund
balance.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
