A RESOLUTION 117-99
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS
WITH AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE RIGHT-OF-WAY
CERTIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, Capital Improvement Program projects that are funded with Federal funds
require Right-of-Way Certification prior to releasing the Federal funds for the project; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works desires authority to execute Right-of-Way
Certifications; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council grants the Director of Public Works authority to execute Right-
of-Way Certifications.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 8 th day
of September; 1999 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes and Eugene R. Mullin,
Mayor Pro Tem Karyl Matsumoto and Mayor James L. Datzman
None
NOES:
None
