CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE
JUNIPERO SERRA SLOPE REPAIR PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City applied for Federal/State funds to receive for the Junipero Serra
Slope Repair Project; and
and
WHEREAS, the reimbursement under this program supplement agreement is $163,816;
WHEREAS, in order to receive this reimbursement, the State of California requires
execution of the program supplement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of South San Francisco that the
City Council hereby authorizes a program supplement agreement with the State of California for
the Junipero Serra Slope Repair Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager
to execute the program supplement agreement with the State of California for the Junipero Serra
Slope Repair Project on behalf of the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a tree copy of the resolution adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco in a meeting thereof held on the 22 day of September,
1999 by the following:

Penna, Mayor Pro Tem Matsumoto and Mayor James L. Datzman
