CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A FREEWAY MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO FOR ROUTE 101 IN SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, the City will accept control and maintenance of designated areas upon
written notice from the State that work has been completed; and
WHEREAS, the costs for City maintenance will be provided in the operating budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes a Freeway Maintenance Agreement between
the State of California and the City of South San Francisco for Route 101 in South San
Francisco.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
Agreement on behalf of the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of the resolution adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco in a meeting thereof held on the 22 day of September ,
1999 by the following:
