CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXONERATION AND
RELEASE FOR THE WILLOW GARDENS LANDSCAPE
RENOVATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the general contractor Vic Sotto, Inc. provided the City with a $10,000 bond
in the event of any suits filed by subcontractors who worked on the project; and
WHEREAS, as all relevant statute of limitation periods have expired, the Contractor has
requested the execution of an EXONERATION AND REI~EASE; and
WHEREAS, them will no fiscal impact with the execution of this EXONERATION AND
RELEASE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of South San Francisco that the
City Council hereby authorizes an EXONERATION AND RELEASE for the Willow Garden
Landscape Renovation Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager
to execute the EXONERATION AND RELEASE on behalf of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a tree copy of the resolution adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco in a meeting thereof held on the 22 day of September ,
1999 by the following:
