CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE
COMMERCIAL AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City applied for a State Local Partnership Program to receive
reimbursements for a share of expenditure on the Commercial Avenue Reconstruction Project;
and
WHEREAS, the City is to receive $108,499 in State funds for this project; and
WHEREAS, in order to proceed with this reimbursement, the State of California requires
execution of the program supplement agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of South San Francisco that the
City Council hereby authorizes a program supplement agreement with the State of California for
the Commercial Avenue Reconstruction Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager
to execute the program supplement agreement with the State of California for the Commercial
Avenue Reconstruction Program on behalf of the City of South San Francisco.
