CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF THE 1998-
1999 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND
EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) TO THE DEPARTMENT OF
HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires
communities receiving Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to submit a year-
end Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER); and
WHEREAS, it is a federal requirement that the (CAPER) be made available for public
comment prior to its submittal to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD);
and
WHEREAS, the City's due date for submittal is September 30, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) has
been available in the office of Economic and Community Development, City Hall, 400 Grand
Avenue from September 7, 1999 for public review.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes submittal of the 1998-1999 Consolidated
Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to the Department of Housing and Urban
Development.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a reoul ar meeting held on the 22
