CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO PINNAC~ DB,
INC. FOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
MANAGEMENT SERVICES IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$1,796,040 AND APPROVING A PROJECT BUDGET OF $1,999,040
FOR THE SPRUCE EI~F. MENTARY SCHOOL RENOVATION
WHEREAS, the City desires to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
Pinnacle DB, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $1,796,040.00; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are included in the 1999/2000 Capital Improvement
Program budget to complete this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby awards the contract to Pinnacle DB, Inc. for architectural
design and construction management services, in an amount not to exceed $1,796,040 and
approves a project budget of $1,999,040 for the Spruce Elementary School Renovation.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a re~ul ar' meeting held on the 22
_ day of September, 1999 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Joseph A. Fornekeq, FtJ~ene Mullin and John R. Penna
Mayor Pro Tem Matsumoto and Mayor James L. Datzman
