CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PARK DESIGN FOR THE ALTA
LOMA PARK AND APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
1997/98 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (98-15)
WHEREAS, the City desires to select a concept plan alternative for the development of the Alta
Loma Park and the improvement of the ball fields at the Alta Loma Middle School; and
WHEREAS, the outstanding costs for the improvement of the ball fields at the Alta Loma Middle
School amount to $300,000; and
WHEREAS, the City anticipates receipt of approximately $300,000 in park development fees from
Phase I of the El Rancho School site.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco does hereby resolve as
follows:
1. The City Council hereby approves the revised Concept Plan No. 2 for the Alta Loma Park
including the improvements to the ball fields at the Alta Loma Middle School;
2. The City Council further approves an amendment to the 1997-98 Capital Improvement
Program Budget to add $300,000 for improvements to the ball fields at the Alta Loma Middle School with
funding to be provided through the park development fees.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a re§u l a r meeting held on the 28th day of _
danuary , 1998 by the following vote:
