CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 1997-98
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (98-17) TO AMEND THE
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION BUDGETS FOR THE OYSTER
POINT HOOKRAMPS AND FI,YOVER
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has recommended that the City Council amend the design
and construction budgets for the Oyster Point hookramps and flyover.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco does hereby resolve as
follows:
1. The Capital Improvement Program budget for the Oyster Point hookramps is hereby
amended to decrease the budget amount from $15 million to $8 million.
2. The Capital Improvement Program budget for the Oyster Point flyover is hereby increased
from $10.8 million to $16 million.
3. The design cost for all remaining aspects of the Oyster Point flyover project, including the
hookramps and flyover, is hereby amended to increase the amount from $500,000 to $1.7 million.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regu] ar meeting held on the 28th day of_
January, 1998 by the following vote:
