HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 13-1998RESOLUTION NO. 13-98 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBMISSION OF PROJECTS FOR TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT ARTICLE 3(D)(C) FUNDING Whereas, staff has applied for funding for various bicycle/pedestrian and transportation projects from the Transportation Development Act (TDA) Article 3 Funding; and, Whereas, said requests require a local share contribution; and, Whereas, funding for the City's share of the Oyster Point Boulevard bike lane project is included in the current CIP budget for the Oyster Point Boulevard widening project; and, Whereas, the remaining projects will be included in the 1998-99 Capital Improvement Budget. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco does hereby resolve as follows: The City hereby approves submission of the following projects for potential TDA funding: 2. 3. 4. 5. Oyster Point Boulevard widening and bike lanes project. Linden Avenue rubberized railroad crossing. Spruce Avenue rubberized railroad crossing. Project development and preliminary engineering of the Industrial City Rail-Trail. Oyster Point Marina bike path. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regu l ar meeting held on the l£th day of_ Feb. , 1998 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers James L.
