CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF AN APPLICATION
TO THE SAN MATEO COUNTY CONSORTIUM FOR HOME PROGRAM
FUNDING
WHEREAS, the San Mateo County HOME Consortium has been allocated $1,889,000 to provide federal
financing for variety of affordable housing; and
WHEREAS, funds will be distributed on a competitive basis through a request for proposals process
administered by the County; and
WHEREAS, the City will be requesting $400,000 in HOME funding for fiscal year 1998-99 to
implement a HOME Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the City is hereby authorized to submit an application to the San Mateo County Consortium for HOME Program
Funding and the City Manager is authorized to execute all documents necessary to secure the grant fund.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a regul arrneeting held on the 25thday of__
