CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC
WORKS TO ACT AS TI-IE CITY'S REPRESENTATIVE IN
MATTERS REGARDING THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY
CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION PERMIT
APPLICATION FOR IMPROVEMENT TO THE WATER QUALITY
CONTROL PLANT
WHEREAS, in order to construct the Water Quality Control Improvement Project, the city must
obtain a permit from the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that it hereby authorizes the Director of Public Work to act as the City's representative in
matters regarding the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission permit application
for improvements to the Water Quality Control Plant.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regul ar' meeting held on the 25th day of_
March , 1998 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers James L. Datzman, Joseph A.
Matsumoto, John R. Penna, and Mayor Eugene
