CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO SELECT AND
RETAIN A LAND SURVEYOR OR CIVIL ENGINEER TO PERFORM
TECHNICAL PLAN CHECKING OF SURVEY, SUBDIVISION AND
PARCEl. MAPS AND 1 DT I.INE ADJUSTMENT CERTIFICATES
WHEREAS, staff desires to revise the City's Master Fee schedule to require a deposit by the
applicant, of the estimated plan checking cost and the payment of the consultant's actual cost to perform
the work; and
WHEREAS, the requirement to fund the technical review will be placed in the Engineering
Division's standard development conditions of approval and can also be placed in the Mater Fee schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that it hereby authorizes the City Engineer to select and retain a Land Surveyor or Civil
Engineer to perform technical plan checking or survey, subdivision and parcel maps and lot line
adjustment certificates.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes an amendment to
the Master Fee schedule to require that applicants for plan check pay the City's actual costs of said Plan
checking Activities.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a re g u l a r meeting held on the 2_5 th day of_
