CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
FOR $4,790,000 TO G.E. CHEN FOR PHASE XVI OF THE
AIRCRAFT NOISE INSU! .ATION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the construction contract for Phase XVI of the Aircraft Noise Insulation Program
was put out to competitive bid; and
WHEREAS, G.E. Chen was the low bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that it hereby awards the construction contract for $4,790,000 to G. E. Chen for Phase XVI of the Aircraft
Noise Insulation Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to execute the Agreement on
behalf of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regul ar meeting held on the 8th day of _
