CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PUBLIC STREET AND
SIDEWALK EASEMENT AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE
INTERSECTION OF BADEN AND LINDEN AVENUES AS SHOWN
ON PARCEl. MAP NO. 96-023
WHEREAS, the City desires to accept a public street and sidewalk easement for property
associated with Parcel Map No. 96-023;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco hereby accepts the public street and sidewalk easement at the northwest corner of the
intersection of Baden and Linden Avenues as shown on Parcel Map. No. 96-023.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to execute a Certificate of
Acceptance on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to note the dedication on the Parcel
Map, which shall then be recorded in the County's Official Records.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
