CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE REAL
PROPERTY BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND
ALICE H. MARSILI FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED
ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF GRAND AND CHESTNUT AVENUES,
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that it hereby approves the Agreement to Purchase Real Property between the City of South San Francisco
and Alice H. Marsili for the purchase of the property located on the southeast corner of Grand and
Chestnut Avenues.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to execute the Agreement
and Certificate of Acceptance on behalf of the City and the City Clerk is further authorized to record the
grant deed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a re q u ] a r meeting held on the __
