CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH JERRY HAAG FOR
A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE SOUTH PARK RESIDENTIAL
DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, following a selection of a consultant, staff recommends that Jerry Haag prepare the
Negative Declaration for the South Park Residential Development:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South San Francisco City Council as
1. The City manager is hereby authorized to prepare and execute a contract with Jerry Haag
in an amount not to exceed $22,600 for preparation of the South Park Negative Declaration.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
