CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A GROUND LEASE WITH REST
INVESTMENTS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that it hereby approves the Ground Lease Agreement with REST Investments and authorizes the
City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a reg u l a r meeting held on the ??nd day of_
